Our roadmap

What's shipped, what's in progress, and what's next.

SimplyAuth is an app for handing someone sensitive info — passwords, SSNs, card and wire details — encrypted, verified, and gone when you're done. Identity verification is the trust layer underneath, and safety features — silent distress and scheduled check-ins — are built in for everyone.

Secure sharing

Shipped v2.0 · Q2 2026

Encrypted, vanishing messages for the things you shouldn't be texting in the clear.

  • Verified Sessions — our flagship. End-to-end encrypted, server-blind 1:1 messages for passwords, SSNs, card numbers, and wire details. Sessions cap at 20 minutes or 30 messages and auto-wipe on both phones when closed. No phone number required.
  • Identity verification — rotating 60-second phrases to confirm the person on the line is really them. The trust layer underneath every connection.
  • Silent distress signal — a panic PIN sends a silent alert to trusted connections, with no indication on your screen. Free for everyone.
  • Scheduled check-ins — safety timers that notify your connections if you don't check in on time. Free for everyone.
  • Biometric app lock — Face ID / Touch ID to keep the app private on a shared device.
  • Referral rewards — both sides earn free months of the subscription when a new connection is made.

Polish & reach

In progress Q2–Q3 2026

Making SimplyAuth more reliable, more accessible, and available to more people.

  • Internationalization — French, Spanish, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Core trust features shouldn't require English.
  • Reliability and observability — deeper crash reporting and monitoring so issues are found before users feel them.
  • Accessibility improvements — screen reader, dynamic type, and contrast polish across the app.
  • Expanded market reach — broadening availability as local pricing and legal requirements permit.
A note on dates. Quarters above are targets, not commitments. We update this page as we ship; if something slips, the date here changes. If you're waiting on a specific feature for a decision you're making, email support@simplyauth.app and we'll tell you where it actually stands.
