Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SimplyAuth account and all associated data directly from the app. No email required.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the SimplyAuth app
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the drawer
  3. Tap Profile
  4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
  5. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no waiting period.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account profile (name, email, photo URL, phone number)
  • All connection records (who you were connected with)
  • All verification history
  • Your FCM device tokens
  • Your invite code
  • Your RevenueCat subscription record
  • Your Firebase Auth account

What is not deleted

Your panic / distress word is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers — it is automatically removed when you uninstall the app.

Subscription billing (App Store or Google Play) is managed by Apple or Google and is not cancelled automatically when you delete your account. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription directly in iOS Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions before deleting.

Can't access the app? Email support@simplyauth.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
